Gut renovation of a three-bedroom apartment which included a new living room, kitchen and family room, master bedroom suite, dressing room, guest bedroom, two bathrooms and a laundry room.

Services included interior architectural design, selection of finishes, plumbing fixtures, furniture, lighting and design of custom millwork.

Project challenges included creating an open kitchen and family room where there had been a small galley kitchen and maid’s room, re-working all bathrooms to enlarge and update them to modern standards, and creating a distinctive, cohesive and sophisticated environment that supports entertaining and domestic activities.
